What quality are the products?

All of our products are tested for functionality and durability to ensure the maximum use and leisure, offering you piece of mind. However in the unlikely circumstance that a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team who will endeavor to resolve the issue for you promptly.

Can I return an item for a refund?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. you must cancel your order before it ships. All updates can be sent to support@Gaploo.com

Are orders delivered on weekends?

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address and contact details on your order as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team by emailing support@Gaploo.com

How can I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated straight away.
